Privacy

Solva is NDIS workforce software built and operated in Australia by the team behind Tegrity Services. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page explains what we collect through this website and how data is treated inside the Solva platform.
What we collect on this website
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the demo request form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. Form submissions are relayed to our email by FormSubmit, a form-handling service, and are not stored on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- We do not add you to marketing lists without asking you first.
- We never sell or trade your details.
Data inside the Solva platform
Participant and workforce data entered into Solva belongs to the provider that entered it and is handled under the agreement we hold with that provider. Within the platform:
- Sensitive identifiers such as tax file numbers and bank details are encrypted before they reach the database.
- Access is enforced at the database row level — support workers can only see their own records and their assigned participants.
- Changes to rosters, claims and notes are recorded in a deletion-protected audit trail.
Access, correction and deletion
To access, correct or delete personal information you've sent us — or to ask anything about this policy — email dwayne@tegrityservices.com.au and we'll respond within a few business days.
